Explore the breathtaking wonders of the Lowveld region, including God's Window, Pinnacle Rock, 3 Rondawels, Blyde River Canyon, Wonder View, Berlin Falls, and the awe-inspiring Glass Lift. These iconic landmarks are a must-visit when you're in the area. The Drakensberg mountain range, which is visible from every viewpoint in the Lowveld, is a stunning natural wonder that's often referred to as the "dragon's mountain" due to its majestic peaks and valleys. Part of this mountain range forms the renowned Blyde River Canyon, which ranks as the third largest canyon on the planet! Your guide will provide fascinating insights into the geology, history, and cultural significance of these natural landmarks, making your visit a truly enriching experience. Indulge in the breathtaking vistas, marvel at the ancient rock formations, and soak in the awe-inspiring scenery that the Lowveld has to offer.

Meeting points

This is a safe parking area for your vehicle and we will be returning to this point once done for the day. Pick-up and drop off at your lodge could be arranged at an additional fee.

  • JG Strijdom Tunnel

    This will be our first of many stops. We will quickly take a photo or two and continue on our way to the next attraction

  • Bourkes' Luck Potholes

    Here we will view the deep cylindrical cavities formed by thousands of years of water erosion at the confluence of the Blyde and Treur Rivers. Coffee/tea and a light snack will be served. Guests are welcome to enjoy the various view points at their own leisure. Do not miss the wishing well!

    This will be a quick preview what you are about to see at God's window, but with it's own beauty not to be missed.

  • God's Window

    This is such a good description of what you are about to see. If you are fit enough, don't miss out on the rain forest walk.

  • Graskop Gorge Lift Company

    Next will be the iconic Graskop gorge with it's glass lift and adrenalin activities such as bridge swing or zipline. Please note: these activities are excluded and therefore for your own pocket. Entrance to the area is however covered.

  • Berlin Falls

    Let's redirect our attention away from the mountains and delve into the journey of the water captured by these majestic peaks. Our next destination awaits at the Berlin Falls, inviting you to witness the breathtaking cascade of water, unveiling the natural beauty of this mesmerizing spectacle.

  • Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve

    Our last stop, and my favourite, is the Blyde river canyon view point. Make sure to visit all the little view points but be careful because only some of them are fitted with railings.

Beautiful Despite the Fog

We really enjoyed our tour in the Drakensberg Mountains, but it was a very cloudy and misty day, so unfortunately we didn’t get to see some of the best views. God’s Window was so foggy. It was 100% white and we couldn’t see anything. However, our guide was great and he did his best to navigate and rearrange the trip around the weather. We made the most of the time we had in disagreeable conditions. The Bourke’s Potholes were fascinating and the Berlin and Lisbon waterfalls were breathtaking. We also enjoyed our time in Graskop. We took the lift down to the forest and enjoyed walking through the trees. We would definitely do this tour again, but hopefully with better weather. We booked this tour well in advance, but if you have the benefit of seeing the weather forecast ahead of time try to pick a sunny, cloudless day.

Unforgettable views and experience

Amazing tour with beautiful sights and a kind, knowledgeable guide. I went with two other girls and we were made to feel immediately welcome and relaxed by Jakes. So many stops with breathtaking views, we always had enough time to take everything in, nothing was ever rushed. We were given lots of refreshments like teas, coffees and biscuits, which we had at a lovely picnic spot, as well as a box of snacks and goodies to eat in the van along our journey - very thoughtful. An unexpected highlight in addition to the stunning views was the opportunity to zipline and bungee jump above a beautiful forest nestled into a spectacularly huge gorge - what a way to appreciate the landscape! Jakes was kind enough to wait for us and take videos and photos of the events! It was really nice to hear about the history and science throughout the day too. Honestly couldn't recommend this tour enough. Don't hesitate, just book it! Amazing way to spend time in the area, thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Thank you so much for the amazing experience Jakes!

we had some fantastic trips with allornothing adventures and we can definitely recommend using them and we will definitely be back for some trips with them. they provide an outstanding service. they know a great deal about the animals/ nature/ and the country itself with their many years of experience

Southafrica is much much more than Safari game drives….what a spetacular nature!

What a fantastic day in the mountains we had with Jakes from All or Nothing Adventures. Jakes is a super guide. Highly recommendable. A “must-do” tour in between or as a supplement to the Safari game drives. My favorite spot was God,s window. Really a spetacular view from the top aften a small walk through the “rain-forest”.
