Amazing experience at the Punch it Gym. Ton was a great trainer. Also, I really liked the clothes shop and the coffe shop facing the training area.

The coach was nice and encouraging. Since it was my first time engaging in this activity, the coach was patient and not harsh, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely come back or at least continue doing this activity in my country. Thank you!

There’s something for everyone. Rose and Ben in the office are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. In my few weeks there, I made life-long friends. See you soon, family!!

I took private lessons for a week with Fas and I loved it. He is a great coach and it is a great gym. Very relaxed atmosphere. I walked in as a beginner and out of shape and he took great care of me and taught me lots of great moves. If you like martial arts, it is a great experience that i highly recommend. Also, go on your first day, because you will want to come back.

Best experience in Koh Samui

I have been to Koh Samui twice now and stayed with punchit both times, the gym is really good for all levels and the crew are great, super friendly and helpful. I did beginner classes as well as 1:1 classes. The 1:1 sessions are really worth it if your looking to sharpen your technique, as the trainers pick up on your weaknesses and help you fix them. The rest of the team made our stay really easy and the owner Markus was very accommodating and helpful. 10/10 experience , i highly recommend to anyone whether your into muay thai/martial arts or not.
