Overview

Welcome to a Thai version of the Bahamas! Pig Island is a tiny and lovely island. It is located south of Koh Samui and close to Taen Island (Koh Tan or Coral Island). When you come on this island, you will be surprised that some pigs are living here. They came from Taen Island, they swam across the sea to live on this island. We can go to Pig Island by speedboat of the trip that always stops here to relax on the pure white sandy beach. • Discover some of Samui’s secrets and snorkeling to Pig Island and Taen Island by longtail boat. • Visit the famous pigs on Pig Island, you can take pictures, feed, and play with these pigs. • Enjoy the spectacular scenery of the island and enjoy snorkeling with an abundance of marine life in the coral reef. • Soak yourself in the sunlight and walking on the white sand beach to explore the beautiful beach. • Enjoy the convenience of pick-up and drop-off direct from your hotel.

    Arrive at Tean Island for the best coral reef in the area, where you are snorkeling. Ko Taen is an island, approximately 15 kilometers off the mainland and five kilometers south of Ko Samui in the Gulf of Thailand. It is part of the Samui archipelago, which includes about 60 other islands.

    Koh Madsum is an island gem off the coast of Koh Samui. With an outstanding stretch of sand and fantastic clear water, making Koh Madsum popular among snorkelers, the island recently became famous for another reason. Rebranded to Pig Island, Koh Madsum welcomes daily visitors with a myriad of semi-wild pigs, who stroll around the island. Here, you can beach comb among piglets, snorkel, or kayak along the shore.

Come for the piggies not the snorkelling!

This was a fun tour! Don’t come for the snorkelling as the reef isn’t that great, it’s quite cloudy. However the piggies and dogs on the island were so sweet! Be careful feeding the pigs, but other than that we really enjoyed our trip! The kayaks were nice, but you can’t go very far on them- however after the kayaking the dogs came and swam with us which was very sweet! You don’t do a lot, but it’s a fun affordable trip and worth it!(:

Fantastic day. Very well organised, fun and friendly. We were collected from our hotel right on time, driven to the boats and given the best day of our holiday so far. Definitely worth the price. I can't recommend this one highly enough.

This trip was well organised. The best part was it did not take all day as it was only a short boat ride to the island via a snorkel swim.

Fun little tour out of Samui. You don't really do much, but it's cheap and some nice scenery and photo opportunities here.

Great morning out! Picked up from our hotel promptly driven to the port for a short speedboat trip to the island, given plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and the pigs roaming around. Then off to snorkeling which was great apart from a lot of other boat trips arriving at the same time (wouldn't want to be there in high season) but enjoyable all the same. Finally lunch and short speedboat trip back. Crew were great and overall we had a good morning out.
