Overview

Meet your friendly staff at your preferred meetup point and hop onto the comfortable tour van/coach with other travelers as you head off to Mount Serorak first. After the briefing, venture into the mountain and find the hidden treasures! Mount Seorak is known for its scenic natural terrain views, beautiful streams. After that, head to Naksansa Temple to feel some inner peace while catching the beautiful sea view. The temple also offers an incredible insight into the life of Korean Buddhists and stunning views of the tranquil lotus pond. After your journey, enjoy a hassle-free ride back to Seoul at 4:20pm and may take 2.5-3hrs for the returning ride. Hotel pickup and drop-off is NOT included: there will be 3 train stations you can meet at.

The magnificence of Mt. Seorak National Park…

Lots of walking uphill, and climbing steps so be aware of this if you have health issues but the experiences of both the Mountain and the Temple are definitely worth every step!

Perfect nature day out

Travelled solo and started out on a nice tour bus that had rest stops along the way. Our guide Shana did a great job explaining history and information in English (she also knew Chinese and Korean). Mt Seorak was one of the highlights of my trips and I really enjoyed being able to decide how I wanted to spend the day. The second stop at the seaside shrine was more guided in the beginning and then we were free to explore. I highly recommend to anyone who likes nature. It was also nice to see the ocean afterwards. I would go on this trip again to hike more!

I had a wonderful time with Lucia who took us on this trip. She was attentive and also very helpful in helping to pair solo travelers with other friends. Because of this, I made many new friends. I also had a wonderful time on this packed trip with Lucia; great job!

Great Temple Tour

We had an amazing tour with our guide Kim Jae So. She was friendly, knowledgeable & a great photographer. She guided us through the temples in Mt. Seorak’s Sinheungsa Temple & the Naksan temple. Both temples are beautiful. Unfortunately, the autumn colors in Mt.Seorak was no longer at its peak, so it looked dreary & gray. There’s also a snack bar at the peak of the mountain where you can get some refreshments & serves delicious rice pancake.

Byungok is awesome. He is very professional. We enjoyed so much the tour. It was agreat experience. We will surely recommend this tour. Our Group is Group 5 and ebeybody is nice
