Overview

This walking guide tour to visit one of the most of the picturesque neighborhood in the city, with a walk of the of colorful of Recoleta and its famous cemetery, with the tombs of the most famous Argentines. We will also visit Eva Peron's grave, and her stories of yesterday and always. Then we will visit its most emblematic points and the fair and artisan market. Juan Manuel Sanchez gave an excellent tour of the cemetery and surrounding area. He was able to use the mausoleums as starting points of conversations that introduced us to Argentinian history. We had a request to visit a specific mausoleum that was difficult to find. Juan made the extra effort to research the location, direct us to the area and provide us with new insights into the monument’s creator. After the cemetery, Juan showed us Recoleta and helped us plan our remaining time in Buenos Aires. Juan’s understanding of Argentinian history and mastery of the English language created an excellent morning tour. Highly recommended.
