Overview

Experience the best of Bosnia and Herzegovina on a day trip to the country's main cities, including Mostar and Medjugorje. Leave Dubrovnik behind and visit Bosnia's only coastal town, Neum, and continue to Pocitelj, whose city center is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit Pocitelj with your guide and see sights like the Haji-Ali Mosque and Sahat-kula. Next, spend time in Medjugorje, an important spiritual location for the Catholic world. Continue to Mostar and witness the town's mixed cultural background and historical sites, like Mostar's Old Bridge, before returning to Dubrovnik.

  • Mostar

    After Medjugorje, join your driver and tour escort again for another short trip to the home of the region's most famous bridge, Mostar. Explore the narrow- cobblestone streets which make up the Old Town of Mostar with the Old Bridge at its center.  Catch a glimpse of the fearless local divers who dive headfirst from the height of 24 meters into the whirling waters of the river Neretva below. Enjoy ample free time to see all the Old Town has to offer.

  • Pocitelj

    Stop at the UNESCO-listed medieval town of Pocitelj on your way back. Take a break from the drive back and climb up the tower overlooking the Neretva river.

  • Your pick-up time may differ from the advertised start time. This is because pick-up times are regulated around the core of the Old Town.
  • Many shops and restaurants in Mostar do not accept credit cards. It is advisable to have some cash on hand. Most vendors in Mostar accept Euros.
  • Hotel pick-up within a 20-minute drive outside Dubrovnik is only available for the small group tour option. For the standard group tour, hotel pick-up is only available for Dubrovnik hotels.

Our Tour Guide Bo was excellent and made the trip very interesting with his knowledge of the area and history of the region Remember to bring your passport and 3 euros each as you need it to cross the border to Bosnia.
