    You will be picked up them you will visit Fort Qaitbay . Qaitbay Fort Alexandria indeed is one of the most important defensive strongholds. It is not only in Egypt. but also along the Mediterranean Sea coast. Moreover, it formulated an important part of the fortification system of Alexandria. It was in the 15th century AC . Qaitbay Fort Alexandria situated at the entrance of the eastern harbor on the eastern point of the Pharos Island. It erected on the exact site of the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria. Alexandria Lighthouse was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The lighthouse continued to function until the time of the Arab conquest.

  • Alexandria Unknown Naval Soldier Memorial (Pass By)

    It is located in the Mansheya area in Alexandria and was built by the Italian community in Alexandria as a kind of tribute to Khedive Ismail due to his great role in achieving a developmental and urban renaissance in Egypt during his reign between 1863 AD and 1879 AD and also as a kind of tribute to Egypt due to its hosting of the last king of Italy, Victor Emmanuel III, after He deposed him and chose Alexandria to reside there, and his design was similar to the memorial of the Unknown Soldier in Venice Square in the Italian capital, Rome.

Immediately, an excavation team where down the location to examine what have been found. The Roman theatre was a very important discovery in the 20th century. It was proven that the theatre was built since the 4th A.D century and was used up until the 7th century passing by the Roman, byzantine and Islamic eras

We had a great tour of Alexandria with Wessam and driver . She was very clear and organized. Her experience and familiarity made the tour very easy and smooth. Our tickets were paid, and entry was basically no waiting. Her recommendation of a seafood restaurant was perfect. We chose the 4 stops, and she arranged them logistically for us. A real professional which will not disappoint!

We arrived into Alexandria as part of a cruise ship tour. We decided to do our own thing rather than a cruise line excursion and went with Mirette Tours. It was excellent! Our guide, Ghada, met us at the port entrance and we were quickly visiting lots of different parts of the city. Ghada was excellent, she was really friendly, knew everything there was to know about Egyptian history and the way that it has shaped Alexandria.
