The team at Fiordland Outdoors were a pleasure to deal with and made our Milford Track transport straightforward. They were quick to reply when we had to change things around last minute, and patient with helping us to decide on the best plan during our initial booking process. They worked in seamlessly with Tracknet for bus transfers from Queenstown and Te Anau.

Excellent water taxi service, comfortable boats which were on time. Plenty of time to relax at first Milford Track hut when using the 2pm shuttle. Great communication. We also booked car relocation through them (using Easy Hike), which was seemless service too.

Incredible service! Our boat driver was super friendly, and he even made a call to get the shuttle bus to the Milford Sound visitor center to make a special trip to the boat dock just for us. You can pay more for less personal service, but why would you?
