Meeting points

Meet your guide at the entrance to the Catacombes de Paris. They will be holding a sign. The closest metro Denfert-Rochereau (Line 4 or 6). Exit “Sortie 1” and the entrance to the Catacombs will be directly across the street.

Itinerary

  • Chateau de Chambord

    On this day excursion by bus from Paris to the Loire Valley, see famous castles, and take a self-guided tour of Château de Chambord. Go to Château de Chambord from Paris. The towers on this castle will look recognisable to Disney aficionados because they served as the model for the castle in "Beauty and the Beast." Although it was once intended to be a royal hunting lodge, the magnitude of the construction is unreal. Before going inside the castle, ask your tour guide all about its fascinating past. Then, you can take a self-guided tour and explore the inside at your own time. Experience breathtaking rooftop views framed by turrets, climb a staircase allegedly created by Da Vinci, and spot wild deer roaming the grounds.

    We travel around 70 minutes via Van to arrive to Blois from Château de Chambord. Here we will spend some free time in the lovely town of Bloise and will have 2 hours of free time to visit the area.

    We travel around 20 minutes via van to reach to Château de Chenonceau from Blois. Here at Château de Chenonceau you will have a self-guided tour and wine tasting (around 2 hours). After that we will be heading back to Paris Catacombs where you will be dropped off (around 3 hours).
