There is a bit of hike across rocky terrains..about 20-25mins (one-way) and a short swim across to reach the shooting location, so people with bad knees or not confident in water may need to consider the above seriously. That said, I didn't feel any danger when getting into the pool or sitting near the edge of the waterfall to have the photos taken. I would recommend this to people who are physically fit to do short rocky hikes and able to waddle across the river.
