We highly recommend Chikopokopo Helicopters for anyone looking to experience Victoria Falls from a truly unforgettable perspective. The flight was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip and a memory we will cherish forever. Vitalis, our guide, and Prudence, our photographer, were absolutely wonderful — knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience even more special.
Our first outing in vic falls and Jeffrey and Privilege made sure to take care of us. Saw amazing wildlife and the falls from a safe distance. Ended up being a smaller group which was great as we could get closer to the little islands and see more wildlife. Great wine, decent snacks and easy pickup drop off. Would recommend this to anyone as their first introduction to vic falls.
This was a fantastic tour. I was able to efficiently enjoy Victoria Falls from both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides in just one day. All transportation was smooth and well-organized. Both tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable and informative. They also took many perfect photos for me throughout the day. I highly recommend this tour!
We had a brilliant day canoeing on the mighty Zambezi with Prince and his colleagues. They picked us up bright and early and we drove into Zambezi National Park for around 90 mins. When we reached the launch site, they served us with breakfast as they got the crafts ready. We canoed for around 2 hours and saw crocodiles, hippo and lots of different birds including fish eagles, African bee eaters, lots of kingfishers and many more. We negotiated a couple of grade 1 rapids before returning to the bank for lunch. There was a small break mid way to stretch legs. The crew were professional and the kit was well maintained. It's quite an experience and one I'd certainly recommend. Thanks again Prince.
Excellent 1 day trip to chobe national park. It is a full day event. Philip drove us to Botswana border and Nikolaz took us on a morning game drive where we saw lots of animals including lions. After lunch in the afternoon we did a chobe river boat game drive and that was icing on top of the cake. All in great experience
Such an incredible performance. So much energy and passion amongst the cast. The dancing was absolutely insane and it was amazing that it was all local talent. The way they used such different stage craft to tell the story was so beautiful, and getting to go onstage and take pictures with the cast and be able to firsthand congratulate them was an added bonus
The dinner cruise was heavenly. The food was delicious and the staff kind and hospitable. It was a peaceful cruise and not as packed out as other cruises on the rive that we saw.. There was a Zimbabwean quartet of singers which was beautiful listening. The boat was spacious to move around on and the drinks replenished very quickly. The table setting was beautiful. They collected and dropped you back from the hotel. Highly recommend the staff were amazing the boat was great making for an unforgettable sunset cruise on the mighty Zambesi
A unique experience. We toured Victoria Falls from the Zimbabwe and Zambian side. The visit to Livingstone museum and town was important to learn about the area. Chobe National Park was spectacular. Our guides Figo and Felix were patient enough to show us more than expected from lions to hippos.Finally the visit to Monde village was so different, seeing how people live with limited resources, no electricity or running water. Our guides Shelton, Mike and Simon among other did a fantastic job to make this an unforgettable experience.
The views were amazing,we visited the Kazungula border, so beautiful. Visited the natural wonder, Victoria Falls which was very unique and breathtaking, worth visiting again. The sunset cruise was one of a kind. Staying in the park and seeing huge elephants walking freely with their young ones lives price free in the mind. It was a wonderful, eye-catching experience with reminiscable moments worth living and travelling ❤️.
We had a great experience on the safaris with Webster, Owen and Enock. We were well taken care of for the entire trip. The welcome, the safaris and all the transfers were greatly organized. We had close encounters with elephants, hippos, crocodiles, zebras, giraffes, buffalos, lions, leopards, hiena, different kinds of antelopes, baboons, and a lot of birds. We had an amazing time. Thank you guys.
The views from the top of Victoria falls were quite spectacular , the aircraft does not fly very close so you see the views from quite a distance . The pilot was not very engaging infact at the beginning of our flight he asked if we wanted him to speak German because the group I was with was German speaking which I didn’t appreciate as the only African person on that aircraft. My dissatisfaction with this tour was mainly with the company and the costs . I was coming from Radisson blu on the Zambia side and the terms on Viator stated that transfers were included and it even allowed me to select my hotel as a pickup point only to be scolded by the staff telling me I needed to pay $60 for a transfer which I refused and he then insisted I write a weird email acknowledging that I was given a free transfer. Also important to note that they then charge you an additional $50 which was s apparently a fee for entering the park and another additional $25 for another park fee when you get to the helicopter place . I spent 4 days in Zambia prior to crossing over to Zambia and the experience was much better , staff was friendly , helpful and their prices were very transparent and for the most part included in the listed price . It’s downright unethical to have a hidden charge of $75 and it’s as good as false advertising. I will not recommend this company to my network .
This is with a great big company with lots of options. The bridge is maybe the only thing that is not easy to do on your own. The total distance traveled and the level of effort was minimal. Our guide was excellent but really not worth the time and commitment in such a fun place.
I booked this tour in June and didn’t expect it happen due to the high water level. But they did the great job, I have leaned and laid on the edge of the pool , not the Devil pool but another pool nearby,It was so amazing and scary. It’s a must do in Victoria Falls. Highly recommended.
