You’ll learn how Vietnamese produce: organic bean sprouts, Cao Lau noodles in the oldest factory. We’ll taste it like a local. We’ll keep walking into the local trails to learn more about our family temple, market life, architecture and lifestyle – a favorite walk that shares everything and true stories stunning about this ancient city. The walk around the outskirts city is about an hour, before we start the food tour. You will learn how Japanese, Chinese, and Westerners have strongly impacted Hoi An architecture, culture, and its cuisine. We’ll enjoy about 5-7 delicious local Vietnamese treats, Chinese and French infusions at a variety of stops. Let’s eat and taste like a local. At the end, we’ll cheer together in our favorite cf spot. Get a relaxing drink.

Hidden Gems of Hoi An

A fantastic tour by Kiwi from Angiee Adventures. She answered all our many questions and is incredible knowledgeable about the culture of Hou An.

One trip not to be missed

The food tour came highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. Although we did the noodle and bean sprout factories, we did different restaurants from other reviewers but just as good if not better . The joy of the local guide, apart from excellent English, was that she knew the owners/chefs which enabled us to get an insight into their lives, both business and family wise, the food was fantastic, if a little too much, and the knowledge gleaned invaluable for understanding the culture of Hoi An.

Educational, interesting, tasteful and FUN!

Our tour house, Kiwi was absolutely lovely! She took us to some very special places that introduced us to cultural activities that have been going on for generations. The people who allowed us to experience their daily lives were so kind, gentle and very proud of their heritage. This in itself was well worth participating in this tour The food we sampled along the way was traditional Vietnamese cuisine which was both visually appealing and very tasty. The other people on our tour were fun to spend the day with and were from various parts of the world which made for great conversation. Thank you Kiwi… you rocked this tour for us!!!

This was a fantastic experience. Our host, Kiwi, was amazing….high five! We enjoyed visiting many interesting places in Hoi An, and there was a great selection of sweet and savory foods to enjoy. Highly recommend.

This tour felt like a true taste of rural Vietnam. The people we met were masters of their craft, and were welcoming beyond belief. Kiwi was a fantastic guide as well.
