The food tour came highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. Although we did the noodle and bean sprout factories, we did different restaurants from other reviewers but just as good if not better . The joy of the local guide, apart from excellent English, was that she knew the owners/chefs which enabled us to get an insight into their lives, both business and family wise, the food was fantastic, if a little too much, and the knowledge gleaned invaluable for understanding the culture of Hoi An.
