Best tour in Hanoi

I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience Hanoi from a Vespa. Johnny and his Backstreet Boys were fantastic - knowledgeable and fun. Hidden Gems is just that…it truly is a hidden gem. Everyone should visit once while in Hanoi! We felt totally safe in the chaos of Hanoi streets and it was the best way to spend an afternoon!

Make it this one! We were a group of 10 led by Johnny and his friends through the streets of Hanoi during the busy and chaotic Lunar New Year traffic. We travelled the Old Quarter, French district and backstreets like locals on Vespas. The included lunch stop was delicious and unique. We all had a great time. Good job Johnny and friends!

Amazing Tour Experience

We had an amazing tour with Chris and our driver Mr Thanh - we saw the Temple of Literature, the Mausoleum, Train Street (lucky enough to be there when a train came through - it was awesome) and many other activities, including a walk through the backstreets of Hanoi which we loved and gave an insight into everyday living in the city. Both Chris and Mr Thanh were polite and informative - we learnt so much of the history along the way and finished up with a delicious egg coffee. Perfect experience 10/10 recommend it. I can’t recommend this tour enough! Johnny was an incredible guide—he gave us all the background we needed to truly understand Hanoi, blending fascinating insights into modern Vietnamese culture and history with humor and warmth. His energy was infectious, and he knew all the best photo spots (plus, his phone photography skills are top-notch!). The sights we visited were varied and interesting, and Johnny made sure we got the best seats, snacks, and drinks just in time for the train to pass on Train Street—a truly unforgettable experience. The entire tour exceeded our expectations in every way and was the perfect way to wrap up our time in Hanoi. Thank you, Johnny, for making our visit so special!
