Overview

This is an epic 4 hour Black Taxi Tour. See up close world famous sights, London's hidden gems and the world famous Abbey Road crossing made famous by the Beatles. All with fun facts and historical stories. We will stop for photos at all the important spots. I know all the best places for fantastic views. I will gladly be your photographer. This is a private tour and is done at our own pace. London is a vast metropolis and many things can be missed out. With me you will travel over 20km to see one end of London to the other taking in many sights that other companies miss. This tour is a combination of my London Highlights, Secret London and Rock n Roll tours. You will see things that are off the beaten path from Tudor Palaces , film locations and ancient London streets. I will show all the tourist sights but much more is included. Come with me as we navigate the streets of London and scratch beneath the surface to see the real London.

    Walk across the iconic zebra Road crossing made famous by the Beatles in 1969. The Abbey Road album is probably the Beatles best known album and often cited as one of the greatest albums of all time. Abbey Road studios is next to the zebra crossing, where they recorded 190 of their 210 songs. The remaining time will be allotted to the travel time.

5 Star Tour

Simon could not have provided a better tour for our family of 6! He communicated very well with the booking, was early for picking us up, and returned us exactly on time for our next activity. His panoramic glass roof cab is spotless and provided all of us with great views and a very comfortable ride. He's an excellent driver, professional, yet super friendly and he knows how to get around London so well. Plus, he takes fantastic photos. We would be happy to book with Simon again!

After having Simon take my wife and me on a half day tour of London a year and a half ago, we knew we had to engage him again when we brought the rest of our family on their first trip to London two weeks ago. Simon took our family of five to all the spots we wanted to make sure we visited, and then to places not on our list, but places where he knew from experience that we would definitely enjoy seeing. At each stop, Simon gave us whatever time we wanted to spend, and would take pictures of our family if we asked. The time spent with Simon helped to make our family's trip to London very special! We have used Simon twice now, and we would call on him again when needed. He is engaging, knowledgeable, dependable and a lot of fun to be with! Simon is the perfect guide to get a fast paced intro to London. He is a pro with the cab - parking easily and getting us up close to all the key sites. The Abbey road photo was super fun. The hotel tours were an unexpected perk. He will get you the perfect family pictures everywhere you associate with postcard London. I highly recommend this on your first day to get a feel for the city and knock out the major photos you want to remember on this trip.

It was our first time in London and Simon was the perfect tour guide! He was fun and engaging, had answers to all of our questions, and was even a great photographer! I would definitely recommend, and now I'm just looking for an excuse to go back!

This was my second time in London and I knew I had to book another tour with Simon for this trip. Once again the tour was incredibly detailed, making the time fly by. Me and my 3 friends were able to get a great overview of the city and were able to see some hidden treasures. Can’t reccommend enough!
