Drivers who are very experienced in road traffic and have excellent knowledge of the city of Sao Paulo and roads. Taxis have the benefit of traveling on special bus lanes, thus saving time in traffic from Sao Paulo.

Great customer service

This Taxi company provided a great customer service: the car was very good, the driver was punctual and very attentive, and we had a great conversation all the way to my destination. I highly recommend Taxi Guarulhos. They organized our transport both ways from the airport to the hotel and then back to the airport. One day before, they sent us the contact details of the driver, and you pay directly to the driver. Everything went smoothly, and they were on time. Great taxi service from the airport!

First time in Brazil, bit nervous, so I was happy to use this great taxi service. Driver was in time, waiting with the sign holding my name. I got WhatsApp messages, emails in time, everything great, can really recommend. Also I was happy that they took Amex, even they wrote in some emails they don't accept, because I forgot to increase limits on my other cards and my mobile phone refused to work in Brazil (EU Vodafone seems to be blocked in area of Campinas) and also forgot any cash. The driver was nice and waited until I sorted it out, then we realized we can use American Express and it worked like a charm. Thanks Camila and Roberto!

The best arrival to Sao Paulo

It was the best decision to reserve Taxi Guarulhos when I landed in GRU Airport. They messaged me a few days before to let me know details about which driver will be waiting for me and all communication was very clear. Then I got in touch with Sergio, who is the kindest person ever! He was very nice to talk to and explained where he will wait for me. On the way he even stopped with me at a supermarket so I could buy some basic groceries for the next day. This helped me so much, and he even offered it without me asking! He gave me so many useful advices and it was the best welcome I could imagine for my arrival. Thank you so much Sergio and I wish you all the best!:)
