Everything goes perfect with Concierge. They send constant mails indicating where the car is, if they made contact with passenger or not. Perfect, it´s a pleasure working with Concierge

Edgar was EXCEPTIONAL! He was timely, helpful with recommendations of what to do while in São Paulo as well as where to avoid. He said his English wasn’t great but at wasn’t true. He was well-spoken! Five stars!
