Overview

Take a tour of the World Trade Center site where the tragic events of September 11, 2001 took place. Pause for reflection at the 9/11 Memorial Pools, and skip the long lines to the One World Observatory for panoramic views of New York. The One World Observatory is self-guided and the tour guide will not go with the travelers inside the observatory as you can spend as much time as you wish at the Observation Deck.

Caesar added personal touch to the tour and was very engaging. Very good formative and knowledgeable about the area around the memorial. Excellent choice.

Sobering Reminder of 9/11 Artifacts

We purchased our tickets online for the All-Access 9/11: Ground Zero Tour, Memorial and Museum, One World Observatory and there were NO lines. We had a wonderful tour guide (Russell Roubin) and when it was time to go in - we were taken to the door, tickets scanned with immediate entry. The park is beautiful, leaving a calm serene feeling of peace. The museum is underground and the displays are sobering... twisted steel and the staircase stand out. Multiple walls of pictures dedicated to all the fallen souls with a short video summarizing their regular lives was especially touching. The museum and park that were built in the years since the tragedy of 9/11 is a stark reminder to all of us, and something everyone should visit at some point in their lives.

Spent the afternoon on a walking Ground Zero, Wall Street, etc. tour with Loretta. She was WONDERFUL, very friendly, knowledgeable & informative. Enjoyed our tour. One of our best tour guides ever.
