Challenge yourself to stand on the edge of greatness 50m up and take the leap, enjoying a breathtaking rush like no other. Soar above the average on the Giant Swing as you're transported high up into magical, World Heritage Listed rainforest before flying over the trees reaching speeds of up to 120km/h in 3.5 seconds. Don't look down, check out the views ahead of the Great Barrier Reef and Cairns City as you marvel at the beauty of Far North Queensland.

Minimum solo weight is 100 pounds (45 kilograms) and 66 pounds (30 kilograms) to jump tandem with no more than 110 pounds (50 kilograms) weight difference between the two jumping. Maximum solo weight is 330 pounds (150 kilograms). Maximum tandem weight is 518 pounds (235 kilograms).
  • Giant Swing: Minimum solo weight is 120 pounds (55 kilograms). Maximum solo weight is 330 pounds (150 kilograms). Maximum combined weight 530 pounds (240 kilograms) for 2 or 3 people. No age limit, minimum child weight is 25kg and children must fit safely into our harness.

For the adrenaline junkie!

The staff at the Cairns Skypark were amazing, nothing was a problem, they explained everything in simple terms, they listened, they were friendly and put my mind at ease. The Giant Swing activity was such an adrenaline rush. There was no queue for this activity and I felt safe. The park is located in a shady forest area and all amenities were clean. Highly recommend this activity if you're after a thrill. The swing itself doesn't take long and we didn't pre-book. A video and photo package is offered after the activity.

Awesome experience! What an adrenaline shot! Aaron was amazing the whole way through, what a beauty. Dakota was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend Skypark Cairns.

I don't normally attempt any thrill seeking activities as I'm a chicken but this was absolutely amazing, best part was doing it pairs, I wouldn't have done it on my own. Bodie was an amazing instructor, great viewing and amenities, highly recommend

The swing was exhilarating and heaps of fun. Staff were friendly and clearly very safety conscious. Nice watching space for families that is well shaded.
