08:00: Depart and take the morning trip visit Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification palace, which was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu.

In the afternoon, 13:30: continue the city tour by discovering the city's Western side. Ride to Cho Lon (Big Market). Binh Tay Market has always been a significant business hub not only for the local Vietnamese and Chinese but also for the Vietnamese farmers trading daily goods coming from all directions of South Vietnam.

Ba Thien Hau Temple
The temple is located right on busy Nguyen Trai Street. It can be accessed by entering through an iron gate and crossing a small courtyard. The roof is decorated with small delicately fashioned porcelain figurines expressing themes from Chinese religion and legends. Lanterns and wooden models of Chinese theaters hang over the entrance.

Continue to Bach Dang harbor. After checking in the waterbus tickets, and stabilizing your seat, the boat will start to depart. During the trip, you will have a unique view of the most typical commercial buildings of the city including the Vinhomes Central Park urban area, the magnificent Landmark 81 tower, the Bitexco Financial Tower, the green peaceful District 2. A lot of stunning moments are waiting for you. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Simon to guide us through the day; very knowledgeable and friendly. The War Remnants Museum was both harrowing and thought-provoking and, although it was quite a drive, the Cu Chi Tunnels is a must visit.
