We had a wonderful day despite the rain. Maria, the owner, and her daughter. gave us a new understanding of organic winemaking and many varietals that we have not tried before. Our favorite was the Sagrantino
We also got to taste olive oil that was pressed that morning,. and Maria explained the process, how to taste it and the flavors we would experience.
It was all so good that we can’t wait to experience it at home when our case arrives :)
