Overview

Come spending a lovely hour tasting fresh and fragrant products of the Umbrian gastronomy, and then lose yourself among the spectacular images, colors, scents and fragrances of our beautiful countryside.. all in complete safety and while still respecting the fundamental measures of social distancing! You will enjoy of a fantastic view of the valley of Assisi and you will be free to walk in the middle of organic vineyards and centuries old olive groves and breath pristine Umbrian air!

Itinerary

Enjoy a unique experience of Organic Wine Tasting while immersed in the stunning roundabouts of the medieval city of Assisi! Come taste our fresh biological products and then spoil yourself with a long walk through the vineyards and olive trees that surround our property, from which you can witness a breathtaking view of the green Umbrian valley and the mountains around it. You will enjoy a guided tasting of 4 of our best Organic Wines, along with bruschette topped with our Organic EVO Oil, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses with our Organic Jams . The tasting menu can obviously be modified to satisfy our guests' dietary needs/allergies/intolerance (es. lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian..). In the case of bad weather or it's too cold or hot to stay outside, the tasting will be done inside the tasting room. If you have any special requests do not hesitate to contact us!

What enjoyable time we had. They were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgable of the questions we asked about. Great choices of wines and explained the production process of each wine we tried. Would recommend this visit!

Organic wine and olive oil so good that you can tase the nurturing

We had a wonderful day despite the rain. Maria, the owner, and her daughter. gave us a new understanding of organic winemaking and many varietals that we have not tried before. Our favorite was the Sagrantino We also got to taste olive oil that was pressed that morning,. and Maria explained the process, how to taste it and the flavors we would experience. It was all so good that we can’t wait to experience it at home when our case arrives :)

Amazing hospitality and view- even in the rain!

They were amazing hosts. They had an igloo type seating area set up so we could still be outside and enjoy the beautiful view. Appetizers were delicious and the wine was fantastic- bringing wine, olive oil and balsamic vinegar home with us! Highly recommend!

Harvesting joy: a memorable day wine tasting in Umbria

Our visit to Tili was an exceptional experience and I say that as someone who frequently goes wine tasting, mostly in California, but also in France and Italy. We tasted 7 wines and had delicious pairings of Umbrian appetizers alongside. It sounds trite to say we felt like family, but we were treated so warmly and we felt so comfortable sitting outside admiring the vineyards and view to Assisi and Perugia. The wines were outstanding-and we have a deeper understanding of the varietals and the history behind them. It made for such a lovely memory and I hope to return someday.

My wife and I went during our honeymoon. Genuinely the best wine of our lives, and the views were absolutely incredible. The staff were knowledgeable and super friendly, they even gave us free wine for our honeymoon. If you’re thinking about booking this, just do it!
