Overview

The 2 hour crawl will be packed full of the finest of Edinburgh's brie-liant cheeses, with very mature fun facts, and the chance to heckle your quizmaster with your favourite cheese puns that will have your group crumbling faster than a Wensleydale. You have not truly explored Edinburgh until you tour Edinburgh as a turophile. Get involved in Edinburgh’s first and grate-est cheese crawl! The crawl is 2.5 hours of non stop in-curd-edible action. There will be a cheese whizz quiz and of course a little bit of fizz. The crawl will start at Saint Stephen's Comely Bank Church, and you will be taken on a journey packed full of the finest of Edinburgh's brie-liant cheeses. During the crawl there will be very mature fun facts, and the chance to heckle your quizmaster with your favourite cheese puns that will have your group crumbling faster than a Wensleydale. You will finish the crawl right by Leith walk.

A brilliant tour!

Had an incredible time on this tour, very glad we booked it. Our guide Xander has a wonderful energy and made everyone feel welcome, he was also extremely knowledgeable about the local area and all the cheese we were trying. Of course the best part of the tour was the cheese itself, we got to try so many delicious cheeses and every shop we visited was very generous with allowing us to try samples. Overall a tremendous afternoon, would highly recommend it to any cheese lover!

My boyfriend and I went today, it was the best day ever! Xander our tour guide was informative, engaging and so friendly. He also so accommodating with my gluten and nut allergy. So many different types of cheese, didn’t feel rushed and also got to have some wine! Wonderful cheese and learnt all the history behind them. Would definitely recommend to a cheese lover!
