    Our tour begins in front of this unassuming large hotel, the La Quinta Inn & Suites, formerly the Lawrence Hotel. Unfortunately, not all stories from this hotel are pleasant as this has been the site of horrific violence over the years. Half a dozen people are said to have died in this building with 4 of them being murders and one of which was a suicide of a prominent Congressman and their spirits are trapped in the walls, haunting guests and employees alike. Hear the haunting ghost tales that reside here.

Historical info was so on point. Learned so much more about the JFK assassination. Eerily perfect. Guide was personable and answered every question the crowd asked. Wonderful experience.

Great time for our whole family! Obscure history I didn’t know, and infamous JFK assassination location. Engaging for our children (6,7,8,11&12). They actually remembered the stories Frank told and the names of the people involved! If it were a warmer evening we would’ve added on the extended option! We will definitely do this again! “Frank is awesome!” According to my kiddos!

Chance was very knowledgeable about the subject and it was awesome how he recounted personal stories as well that went so well with the tour stories. Took his time telling them too and did not rush through them. We went to many places. I got intensely spooked and then I was thinking about all the mysteries of my own hotel room after the tour.
