If you're short on time, this is a good tour to do. If you have more time, there are cheaper options.
This tour includes entry to two locations: the capuchin crypt in the centre of Rome (not far from the Spanish steps), and the Domitilla Catacombs on the outskirts of town.
Entry to both will set you back maybe €30 or so in total, and you can just walk up to each location and buy an entry ticket. At the Capuchin crypt there isn't timed entry (audio guide only so you can go in at your own pace), but at the catacombs you would have to wait until a guide can take you around (you can't just go in and wander at your own pace). Of the two, the catacombs is the more interesting experience, but the crypt is more central.
So what you're paying for here is the private transfer to quickly take you from Rome to the catacombs, the perfectly-timed entry to the catacombs, the private transfer back to the crypt, and then a self-guided tour of the crypt. The private transfer is quick and comfortable.
So, if you're short on time like I was this tour makes total sense. If you have more time, you can save some (well, quite a lot of) money and just do it yourself using a. Taxi or public transport.
The tour was a good experience and I'd probably book it again if I only had a few hours to see something cool in Rome.
