Overview

Join us for a half-day adventure tour exploring the Big Island from summit to sea. We'll take you on a captivating journey through Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, home to the world's most active volcano, Kilauea. You'll travel from the visitor center to Kilauea crater for panoramic views of the smoking caldera and steaming volcanic vents, and walk inside iconic Nahuku (Thurston Lava Tube). For lunch, enjoy an island-inspired meal on us at a local restaurant. Later we'll visit Punaluʻu black sand beach and discover the picture-perfect scenery of Rainbow Falls in Hilo. Please note: This tour is not wheelchair accessible and includes moderate walking, including climbing roughly 15 stairs during the lava tube tour.

This tour (Shaka Braddah Tours) was a huge highlight of our cruise! Our tour guides, Anthony and Desmond, were the best guides we have ever had...they went above and beyond, making sure we were being taken care of. When we were driving, they had multiple crafts, tools, beautiful large shells and historic objects to show us, as well as various interesting photos on an ipad. The tour itself was fantastic! Rainbow falls was gorgeous and the National Volcanoes Park was beyond amazing. The restaurant lunch was perfect. They never rushed us. We are so grateful that Anthony and Desmond were our guides...they are amazing people and a precious asset to your company!
