Overview

Tick off Athens’ most famous sights on this 2.5 to 3-hour electric bike tour. With a local leading the way and your electric motor doing the hard work for you, cycle with ease around the ancient sights near the UNESCO-listed Acropolis of Athens. Get up close to the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the New Acropolis Museum, the Roman Agora, Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and more. Then, get a taste of local life in the Old Town of Plaka neighborhood. Small-group tour with numbers limited to 12 per group per guide.

Meeting points

Put We Bike Athens in Google maps. From Thisseio Metro station (180 meters). Coming out the station walk up the cobblestone pedestrian road with the vendors. After 100 meters turn right and again right. After 40 meters we are on the left nr.53.

    Get to see the Temple from outside. We will stop briefly

    Stroll through the magnificent Gardens with flowers and trees from all over the world

Definitely worth it

Biking from stie to site was an easy way to see several things in a short amount of time. George was a great guide and shared a lot of history and fun stories. The pace was easy and the bikes were well maintained and easy to ride.

We had an excellent overview of Athens all while having fun on electric bikes. George was a great guide, stopping along the way and providing interesting facts at each stop, and suggestions for restaurants and bars that the locals enjoy.

The best bike tour

Best bike tour I’ve ever done. The guide (a young lad) was brilliant - he couldn’t be better. The tour was scheduled to last 2 1/2 hours but we were still going at 3 1/2! The route was both safe and entertaining. Water was provided and the bikes were in perfect condition. The electric bikes are really easy and require the minimum of effort. If you do one thing in Athens do this bike tour.

FANTASTIC TOUR We were in Athens in August 2024. This tour was fantastic! Our guide was great and VERY knowledgeable and entertaining! We had a terrific time and would recommend this tour to everyone visiting Athens. Also there was a small child and they had a special seat for her on the bike. The Webbs
