Itinerary

  • YS Falls

    This day tour of Jamaica’s South Coast begins with pickup from any hotel from Montego Bay, Negril, Grand Palladium Resort and Falmouth. During the scenic drive, you’ll hear about Jamaica's history and pass by numerous farming villages in the mountainous region.

  • Floyd's Pelican Bar

    Between Treasure Beach and Black River you will be taken by a fishing boat to a rustic wooden bar built on a sand bar a quarter mile out to sea. The Pelican Bar is the perfect place to sunbathing, drinking beer, swimming and eating fresh fried fish. The Pelican Bar began as local fisherman Floyd Forbes dream of a bar built out to sea, resting on stilts. Large wooden planks were transported on his fishing boat. In 2001 the bar was completed and it was named "The Pelican Bar" after the large flocks of Pelicans who rested on the sand bank. It soon became popular by locals and tourists as a place of picture perfect serenity. Watch the beautiful sunset (weather permitting) as well as the cliff diving and listen to the Reggae Band. A perfect place to sit back, relax with a cocktail in hand. Boat ride is between 30-45 minutes but worth the travel.

Sample freshly pressed sugar cane juice and “wet sugar”. Immortalize your experience at our Appleton Rum large size VX sign, and then sample 10 Different types of Jamaica rum liquors. On a tour designed for you to cherish and repeat, complimentary bottle of run to all visitor.

    At the Black River, you will board your boat for an exciting nature expedition along Jamaica's longest navigable river. You cruise the Black River, you’ll catch glimpses of the real Jamaica, from native wildlife to the local fishermen in their dugout canoes fishing for river shrimp.

South side day trip from Montego

We toured Appleton estates, ys falls, and Floyd’s Pelican bar. We had a great experience at each location thanks to our driver, Renardo from Jamaica Mesmerizing Tours. He made sure we were accommodated at each location while giving us information about places along the way. He communicated well and made sure we got to where we were going safely. We enjoyed him so much we requested him to drive us to a second day!

My husband I came to Jamaica on a business trip and we need to cover as much activities with the little time we have. A friend recommend us to use Jamaica Mesmerizing Tours because there prices were affordable and they were easy to work with. Our driver's name was Carlos he was friendly and knowledgeable. We choose the Pelican Bar, YS Falls and Appleton Estate. We had such a great time and think it was a great business deal because we get to visit 3 attractions for one small price. We will be using Jamaica Mesmerizing Tours again. I'm reserving my next visit to the island with them from now.
