Take to the waves with a private guide and cruise along Italy’s dramatic shoreline. Admire fine views over coastal villages such as Conca dei Marini, Furore, Maiori and Minori. Visit the historic village of Amalfi and enjoy free time to explore at your leisure. Along the way, cool off with refreshing swims in the clear coastal waters. Hungry? The boat can pull up to one of the small family operated restaurants situated right on the sea. Enjoy a delicious local lunch and then reborn to continue the cruise. You can customise by allocating the time you have based on what you are most interested in seeing on the itinerary.

  • Marina di Praia Beach (Pass By)

    You will meet your captain and boat at the charming Marina di Praia beach near Praiano.

  • Spiaggia di Positano Marina Grande (Pass By)

    You can stop for free time in Positano if you would like to stroll along the beach, visit the main church near the beach, or enjoy shopping in the town's boutiques selling the distinctive "Positano moda" style.

  • Fiordo Di Furore (Pass By)

    Cruise right into this fjord on the Amalfi Coast - one of the most photographed spots on the coastline.

  • Grotta dello Smeraldo (Pass By)

    Stop for a tour inside this large grotto on the Amalfi Coast known for its emerald green water. (Visiting the grotto is optional and the entrance fee is not included in this excursion.)

  • Amalfi (Pass By)

    The most famous town on the Amalfi Coast, a bustling village with a beautiful cathedral dedicated to Stain Andrew and home to five star hotels, shops, restaurants and an old paper mill/museum which produces organic paper.

  • Spiaggia Di Minori (Pass By)

    Stop for free time in Minori if you would like to see the ruins of an ancient Roman villa or stop for something sweet from the famous Sal de Riso bakery.

  • Marmorata (Pass By)

    A fraction of Ravello, Marmorata is my favorite part of the coastline, very green and beautiful with an almost tropical feel. There is a little waterfall tucked into a small lagoon, ideal for a swim.

Worth it

So worth it! My wife and I took a private boat ride with Umberto and it was one of the highlights of the trip. We got the cheapest priced boat and it was by no means a “cheap boat”. The boat was absolutely beautiful and way nicer than we expected. We are definitely not fancy travellers so the initial cost was a big one, however we would share the same advice passed to us, a private boat ride in the amalfi is so worth it. Thank you Umberto for your good vibes and for the company in general for great communication. Thank you!

Seeing Amalfi Coast from the water was a dream

The meeting-up at start wasn’t ideal, but the experience was fabulous and we’d do it again. Highly recommend! Our captain was great. He was so helpful as our party included a shutterbug, a child, and a nervous traveler. He catered the experience to our group of five, and it was the once in a lifetime experience I’d hoped for.

No matter what your vantage point might be, the Amalfi Coast is stunning. This excursion affords an entirely different perspective, and opportunities to visit and swim at exhilarating places that otherwise wouldn’t have been seen or reached. The recommended restaurant for a mid-day meal was outstanding - our “skipper” Luigi was knowledgeable, flexible, engaging, and funny. Five of us, in three different generations, all lived it. 11 out of 10! Worth every penny!
