We will meet at the entrance of the Municipal House. This Art Nouveau building was opened in 1912 and deemed a building “built by Czechs, for Czechs”. It houses the famous Smetana Concert Hall as well as a number of wonderful restaurants and wine bars. Most importantly it was the location of Czechoslovakia’s declaration of Independence.

Amazing Prague city tour.

Private Tour of Prague

We had a private 5 hour tour of Prague with Michaela and it was wonderful!! Michaela is an excellent guide, all of her recommendations were outstanding, and she brought Prague alive for us. Our tour also included a traditional Czech lunch at one of her favorite restaurants and that was great too! We strongly recommend her and her company for tours in Prague.

We were the only ones on the tour so it turned into a PRIVATE tour with George. He was wonderful. It is obvious he is passionate about history and the beautiful city of Prague! Thank you so much to George and Prague City Adventures for an unforgettable day in an extraordinary city! I highly recommend.

Prague City Tour

Our guide, Jiri Fricek, was absolutely great. He was very knowledgeable about the city and its history. He had lived in the U.S. so his English was excellent and very easy to understand. We walked many miles (kilometers) , saw the important sites in the city, had a nice tram ridge, and enjoyed a delicious lunch with beer. I heartily recommend Jiri (George) for a tour of Prague.

A wonderful first day

The tour more than made up for our day after slogging through our delayed flight to Prague. There was great food and beer near the castle, and our guide was very fun and accommodating all throughout. He potched recommendations for more places we could see even after the official tour.
