Borough market is known as the Larder of London and for good reason. Join us on our 3 hour tour of this fascinating place. We won't just be sampling the best bites from our favourite traders. We'll also hear their fascinating stories. We'll learn about the markets history and how it has shaped London over the centuries. Around every corner is a new story. From Bridget Jone's film set to gory murder sites and haunted London pubs. During our exploration we'll be stopping at 6 independently run food vendors and enjoying a tasty dish at each stop. One of the best butchers in London, a unique South American snack and traditional dishes with a London twist all star on this food safari of Borough market. Led by a local expert our small group tour allows you to feel a part of the market. We'll take you down hidden alleyways and into some of our favourite spots that even some locals don't know about. We can't wait to show you around.

A brilliant London experience!

Thanks to Trevellyan for a fantastic tour. We both loved the insight into Borough Market and the variety of food sampled on the day. Definately no need to have lunch after and even if you are from London you will learn a lot. Great fun, light hearted , easy pace and a perfect guide who made the day extra special , thank you !!

Less intimidating with a guide

Having a guided tour of Borough Market was much less chaotic. If we went alone we would have walked through trying to guess what the best food was and just left. It was so nice to eat from all different kinds of stands, learn about the history of the Market and London, and feel full at the end. Well worth it to have a guide if you really want to experience the best of the market!

Unfortunately Celia was unwell but in her place she sent the amazing Cara Withers. She was absolutely superb. Enthusiastic knowledgeable fun and very inclusive. The tour surpassed my high expectations in every way. All samples were generous and utterly delicious. The authenticity of the place came across very well and the passion of the producers and of our guide was impressive and infectious The group were soon bonded and we all got along as if we’d known each other already. That was down to Cara and her skills of leading these tours. We would recommend this with no reservations. Don’t eat before you go!!
