Overview

Indulge your love for adventure at Xplor Adventure Park, located less than an hour from Cancun. Soar through the treetops on the highest ziplines in the Riviera Maya and drive an amphibious vehicle over all kinds of terrain. Swim in underground rivers, or paddle a raft through caverns adorned with stalagmites and stalactites. Then dig into an all-you-can eat buffet lunch offering delicious and healthy food. With round-trip hotel transport, entrance fees and lunch included, this all-inclusive tour is perfect for families. Important: Minimum age is 5 years old.

Itinerary

  • Xplor Park by Xcaret

    Xplor Explore the dimensions of the adventure park and its natural beauty: Fly through the air and speed down ziplines ranging from 26 to 148 feet (8 to 45 meters) in height, then land in the crystal-clear waters of the cenotes where you can climb suspension bridges. Drive an all-terrain amphibious vehicle through jungle trails and fascinating caves where you’ll marvel at the extraordinary rock formations. Paddle a raft through underwater caves and discover fascinating grottos. Swim along the river between stalactites and stalagmites in this spectacular underground world. Trained staff are on hand to ensure your safety at all times, and all equipment (including lifejacket and helmet) are included. Your admission includes an all-you-can-eat buffet (go as many times as you wish during the day), unlimited fruit-flavored drinks and hot chocolate when you get out of both rivers.   • Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
  • It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.
  • Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.
  • For children under 5 activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must remain with an adult at the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.
  • The minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license
  • Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
  • Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent.
  • The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
  • The Voucher schedule is informative.
  • If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.

Highly recommend… fantastic fun

This is an incredibly well run tour in a fantastic location. We were picked up from our hotel and the communication and organisation was exceptional. Xcerat Xplor was so much fun and the buffet lunch was sensational, the food quality was 11/10. Great fun day with lots of activities to do. And the end of the day we were returned to our hotel. It was such a stress free fun day.

If you like adventure and don't mind a little crowd, this is for you! Fun!

We were hesitant to book this excursion as it seemed like it would be crowded and touristy. And it was busy. And it was touristy. But we had SO MUCH FUN! We did the zip line, water slide, underground walk, hammock dunk, and motorized vehicle tour. The lunch was beyond expectations and all you can eat. The location was really well developed making the most of natural landscapes and caves. It was well staffed and very organized. Transportation was well organized as well. Highly recommend if you want an excursion with a little adventure. We had a great day.

What an excellent experience. Tons of things to do and the food was actually pretty good. The park is one of a kind unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
