Overview

Enjoy a leisurely walk through the ancient streets of the nation's oldest city. A more intimate and in-depth telling of the history of the people and events that led the city through the trials and tribulations of the past. Learn the complete history of our Oldest City, from its founding by the Spanish, through the various colonial periods, into the territorial period and statehood and finally into the revitalization of the Gilded Age Renaissance of the city as an exclusive tourist destination. Groups are kept small by design, tours are interactive, ask all the questions you would like, and hear the a complete history not just a few blurbs of stories as you pass by. Let us introduce you to the real history of the Nation's Oldest Continuously Occupied European Settlement, or as we say, the Oldest City.

    Our guide will introduce you to the heart of historic St. Augustine, 'the plaza' has always been the traditional center of the colonial city

    While learning the story of the founding of Florida by the Spanish, you will experience St. Augustine's famous Bridge of Lions, an icon of the oldest city

    Learn the story of this awesome location, the Castillo de San Marcos, or 'old fort', the oldest stone fortress in North America and the center piece of the city's defenses.

the views were amazing and the photo opportunity was endless. we laughed, we cried, it was better than a performance of cats! all kidding aside, kevin was great, informative, patient and a great your guide. highly recommend if you're visiting at Augustine

Excellent Historical Tour of St. Augustine

This walking tour with Angie was a great intro for first-time visitors to St. Augustine. Angie has a wealth of knowledge of the city's history and shared lots of really interesting tidbits with us. She was very eager to answer our questions, and we had many! We would 100% recommend this walking tour! Thank you, Angie!!

Kevin was excellent and his depth of knowledge on history and st Augustine was incredible. This was our favorite tour we’ve done in St Augustine and we got to see so many beautiful and historical sites. This was the best way to learn about the city and its rich history! Kevin also shared so many recommendations for hidden gems around the area that were amazing. Thank you. I can’t recommend this tour enough!

Awesome tour! We've visited St Augustine several times but we learned so much from Kevin. The tour was about 2 miles but the pace was quite leisurely. The tour did take over 2 hours. You can peel off if you can't or don't want to spend that much time. Highly recommend.
