The early rise is well worth it as you experience the two major landmarks in Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Start with an amazing sunrise at Talinguru Nyakunytjaku, the Uluru sunrise viewing area. Afterwards, on the 45 kms drive to Kata Tjuta your Driver Guide will provide you with an historical overview of the National Park. The walk through the sheer walls of Walpa Gorge won’t disappoint as you’re led into a world of rare plant species and lush evergreen scrubs.

Fantastic early morning trip to see the sunrise over Uluru then a walk down Walpa Gorge. The most amazing moment at sunrise and absolutely breathtaking scenery. Glen, our guide was brilliant. Upbeat, passionate, very knowledgable and funny. He made the trip so much more memorable.

The tour was great and worked very well to see Uluru and Kata Tjuta in a half day and experience the two brilliant places. Good sunrise position and a wondrous, absorbing gorge walk. Specifically the two tour guides Glen and driver Michael were superb. Interesting, funny, knowledgeable, inclusive and good company. They provided a poignant and fascinating commentary to the tour.

This is the tour you have to take at least once in a lifetime. No words can describe it. Have to be there to feel the sacredness and serenity while walking in the gorge under rising sun ☀️
