Udon is a popular noodle dish in Japan that rivals the fame of ramen and soba. It is a classic Japanese dish that has taken many forms across the different regions of the country but is enjoyed everywhere. Make these thick noodles by hand from the kneading of the dough. Learn the secrets of the delicious rich broth that is usually associated with the dish. Make your own bowl with the help of knowledgeable locals who can teach you the importance of every ingredient.
