In addition to the more than 50 attractions included in your admission to Xcaret, you can also enjoy a buffet meal at the restaurant of your choice and have access to the exclusive facilities of the Plus Area, with lockers, walk-in closets and private bathrooms.

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancun (mall) and Wyndham Garden Cancun Downtown Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel ... or Airbnb, the meeting point will be at Aloft Tulum (this is the only meeting point available on Tulum area). The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am (in Playa del Carmen, pickups start at 09:00 am), the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. Follow the scent of copal to Villa Maya, where Pre-Hispanic Dances celebrate the arrival of night.   • Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price
  • Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price
  • All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat. You need to have ID to confirm the age of the child
  • It is not possible to change the date on the day of your visit
  • If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.

Mexico´s Disneyland, a must to see.

So much to experience, lot´s to see, beautiful place, very relaxing, many activities/adventures to choose from, excellent seafood buffet (from one of the 5 restaurant to choose). and very clean. Committed in protecting Pink Flamingo and Turtles. Easy to find your way.

Awesome experience. Loved the underground rivers, seeing the animals, relaxing looking at the waves, great food, and cultural learning - the pre-Hispanic ceremonies throughout the day are amazing. The Espactacular really is spectacular to learn about the history of the national culture before and after the conquistadors, and of the different Mexican states. Some recommendations: it is a LONG day, with Cancun hotel zone pickups at 6:50am and returning home at 11pm - this is 13 hours at the park plus transport over an hour each way. Based on the river experience, you will be better to have water shoes or sandals that won’t come off in the river. SPF shirts were awesome, and that wet keeps you cool when not in the water. A small towel may suffice to dry you completely after air drying vs. beach towels - enjoy the coolness of the wet after an outdoor shower in your swim gear! Near the shoreline, there are great breezes, but be prepared for heat and humidity everywhere else. Bring a fan for the nighttime show or you are just sitting and sweating.

Amazing place !! A must go to Need more than one day to enjoy all events ! Food places open late I. The day would be the only complaint of the day Lots of shade made the heat livable Do all the site seeing first then the rivers less people and great cool down
