Join us for an unforgettable hands-on experience, where you'll have the chance to master making either Tonkatsu or Gyoza!
This tour will ignite your senses and leave you with cherished memories of Japanese countryside hospitality.
You can also ride a rental bike and enjoy the beautiful scenery on SOJA KIBIJI cycling road with widespread paddy fields in Japan.

Let's cook Tonkatsu or Gyoza at a farmer's house with a local peach farmer and a nationally licensed English guide!
You can choose Tonkatsu or Gyoza to make in advance.
You will learn how to prepare the batter of Tonkatsu, deep-fry them in a delicious way or how to prepare the filling of Gyoza dumplings, wrap and cook them using store-bought gyoza skin.
You will also make miso soup. Rice, some non-alcohol drinks and a petit dessert with white peaches syruped and preserved by freezing from our orchard are included.
Soja is accessible from Kurashiki, Okayama, Naoshima, Hiroshima, Osaka and Kyoto!
Our family: a peach farmer (Shimomura Peach Orchard), a nationally licensed English guide, kids and a dog
Pick you up at SOJA JR train station.
Use a rental bicycle or taxi (pay on-site): 15-min ride
Buy some veges at a local market and go to our house: 30 mins

Once your meal is ready, enjoy it!: 1 hr
