Overview
Visit the 4 islands in the south of Koh Lanta on a speed boat tour with 35 limited seats taken care by the fantastic crew of Tin Adventure Sea Tours. The adventurous trip includes 2 snorkelling stops, 2 relaxing breaks and a swim through the stunning Emerald Cave which leads into the hidden lagoon on Koh Mook.
Itinerary
Tin Adventure Sea Tour
Enjoy a convenient pickup service either by local truck on road from the hotel lobby or directly by speed boat from the hotel beach on Koh Lanta. Meet the friendly and professional crew of Tin Adventure Sea Tour on the boat and get a warm welcome with safety instructions and important information about the tour program.
Cruise by comfortable speed boat with 35 limited seats in less than 30 minutes to Koh Mook and anchor in front of the spectacular Emerald Cave - the highlight of the tour. Put your life-jackets on and swim through an 80-meter dark tunnel with headlamps between the group members. Finally, the daylight is started to stream through and you will discover a 360° rainforest wall which is disappearing into the clouds above, protecting a pristine lagoon, hidden within the island.
Continue to Koh Kradan and swim in the open water with a shallow coral reef. A buffet lunch of local Thai food is served at the beach on the island. After lunch, you can walk along the beach for a bit, wade into the water, and just take it easy. This beach truly is serene – the water is crystal clear, and the sand is white and fine with seashells as you come closer to the water.
The next snorkel stop is at Koh Chuak, a small island with its own charm that actually lies in the sea. Beneath the aquamarine water is a whole new world of colors created by coral reefs, fish and other sea creatures that needs to be explored.
The last stop will be on Koh Ngai, also referred to as Koh Hai. It's another island off the coast of Trang without roads and shops at all, only with a couple of resorts, tranquility and a gorgeous beach scenery. This is the perfect place to relax and bring the day to a close before heading back to your hotel on Koh Lanta.

There are a zillion tourists all going out the island tours every day, so expect it to be crowded. Having said that, Tin Adventures is organised and makes sure everything runs smoothly. They have lots of water during the day, a few snacks, a great boat, and friendly staff. You'll have a fantastic day!

Very well organised with super helpful and fun tour guides on the boat we had a fantastic time. Very good value for money. A few things to note -
Which islands you visit depends on the weather
The emerald cave is amazing BUT would not recommend unless a decent swimmer and don't mind dark spaces as you need to swim through a cave to get there which had rocks and strong currents. They do provide life jackets and some people decided not to use them.
Expect to get wet on the boat with spray!
It's a long tour and they provide a nice lunch but would recommend bringing snacks as you are swimming quite a long time and work up an appetite.
WEAR SUNSCREEN. sounds obvious but we went on a drizzly day and the wind can really make you forget. One application missed before going on the water led to us to have very burnt bums and shoulders.
Amazing snorkelling experience

Amazing! Best snorkelling trip I’ve been on by far - staff were very friendly and gave really good tours of all the snorkelling spots, seeking out sting rays, starfish and even a turtle to show us! Definitely worth booking whilst you’re in koh lanta! At the end they took us through the mangroves to see the monkeys as well - they really went above and beyond!
