Overview

Come with me to discover the secrets of Venice with a different kind of tour that will make you feel like a true Venetian citizen and will help you to get the best of the city during your entire stay. In addition to the most famous places in Venice (such as San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge) I will guide you through the most hidden and non-touristic parts of the city where we can analyse its history and its construction. I will focus on architecture and its culture with amusing anecdotes and legendary discoveries. We will take a walk through alleys, bridges and small squares-like observing a part of the city that you probably would not see without getting lost in it. During the excursion I will share my experiences and curiosities to make you feel like home and help you to enjoy your time in the city and the lagoon. Wonderful, fun tour with Nico, 5 stars!

My daughter, niece and I started our trip to Venice with a tour with Nico and it was amazing! He was so much fun and so knowledgeable. My niece was there to attend a pre-med program and he was so helpful to take us by where she would be staying on the second part of her trip and tell us all about the history of the hospital and make lots of recommendations for great places to eat nearby. My daughter had a broken foot and Nico was wonderful to take us to all the best places and show us some easy routes to get around while she was on her walker/rollator. We hope to visit again and will definitely do another tour with Nico!

Niko is a one of a kind guide. Lots of passion in the explanations. Lots of knowledge and tips and he feels the customer... he gives a warm and friendly attitude. True, maybe he is not the cheapest guide, but... yes, the best. This is not my first time in Venice but after the explanations and the non-standard places I felt that it was actually my first visit to Venice. I am so glad we booked this tour! Nico is an excellent guide! He shared many interesting stories about the history and culture of Venice as he led us through streets and alleys and across bridges over the canals of the city. In addition, he gave us excellent recommendations for dining and other experiences that were tailored to our interests. I highly recommend booking a tour with him!
