Absorb a bit of fascinating history in the lobby, and then avoid the lines as you board a futuristic elevator to the skybridge—an observation deck that serves as a connecting structure between the 2 buildings. Regard the thriving metropolis of Kuala Lumpur from an entirely new perspective. Note its imposing buildings, rushing rivers of traffic, and stately mountains to the east. After descending the Petronas Twin Towers, it’s off to the Kuala Lumpur Tower. Again, avoid long queues as you soar to the observation deck. Here, enjoy marvelous 360-degree vistas of the capital. Use high-powered binoculars and behold the Kuala Lumpur’s vastness from yet another perch.

    Menara Kuala Lumpur, colloquially referred to as KL Tower, is a 6-storey, 421-metre-tall (1,381 ft) telecommunication tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the world's seventh-tallest tower and Malaysia and Southeast Asia's second tallest tower. Its construction was completed on 1994. It features an antenna which increases its height to 421 metres (1,381 feet). The roof of the pod is at 335 metres (1,100 feet). The rest of the tower below has a stairwell and an elevator to reach the upper area, which also contains a revolving restaurant, providing diners with a panoramic view of the city. Races are held annually, where participants race up the stairs to the top. The tower is the highest viewpoint in Kuala Lumpur that is open to the public. Amazing Views

They managed to secure tickets for us when many other places were sold out. As we were arriving in Kuala Lumpar by cruise ship, we arranged to collect the tickets from a hotel close to the Petronas Towers. Very good communications and the trip was well worth doing, amazing views!
