As I had just arrived from across the Pacific that morning, I looked for a food tour that departed from close to my hotel and that was not in a busy market. That tour fit the specs plus I ended up being the only person on it, so could go at a heavily-jet-lagged pace. Food was interesting, I would not say it was bizarre, just not stuff you may have ordered such as eel bbq and snail broth. I had a good time with lovely Jade who also took me to a few sites so it was good to walk around and discover this part of the city. I just wish to mention that, from the title, I thought we were going to go to a Michelin-starred restaurant but it was just a Michelin guide restaurant, so just maybe don't have too high expectations.
