Visit 10-iconic Washington DC landmarks in four hours! Explore Washington DC with a professional tour guide on this four-hour day tour. We will go over the history of Washington DC with you and give you details about each of the iconic landmarks that we stop at. You will be dropped off and picked back up as close to each of the sites as possible. You will have plenty of time to walk around each site and to take photos. We will stop at these ten iconic sites. - United States Capitol Building - White House - World War II Memorial - Washington Monument - Jefferson Memorial - Martin Luther King, Jr Memorial - Ford's Theatre - Lincoln Memorial - Reflecting Pool - Vietnam Veterans Memorial Pick up and drop off is at the Washington Grand Hyatt. You will meet your guide in front of the Starbucks at 11th and H St NW and board a 12 passenger high-roof transit van that will transport you to 10-iconic Washington DC landmarks.

We meet in front of Starbucks at the Grand Hyatt, 1000 H Street NW. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts and check in with Your Guide so that the tour can start promptly at 9 AM.

If you have limited time to visit, this is a good way to get the most from an inspiring visit. Washington traffic and limited, restrictive parking, especially for those unfamiliar with DC, can consume precious time you want for sightseeing. Leave the driving to someone else.

Just the type of tour I had in mind when booking. First, too see the most historical sites and monuments: second, to have time to get out, walk around and visit and take pictures, and finally a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide to pull it all together. Daniel was our guy and we found him to be outgoing, funny, helpful and a great source of information of not only the visited sites but of the entire area. Highly recommended.

Excellent Half Day Tour of DC

We had a great morning with Steve, our guide, and Hedrick, our driver. The tour started on time with a group of 10 guests in total. It was inauguration week, so we couldn’t get as close as usual to the White House and the Capital building, but we were still able to get photos. The driver tried his best to get us close. Steve is native to DC and is a wealth of information! No question went unanswered. We were given plenty of time to get out and walk around at the various sites. Since it was very cold, Steve gave us most of the info in the van, but was always available to answer questions at the site as well. I really liked the fact that we were with a small group instead of on a large tour bus. This made it super easy to learn more from Steve and always hear what he had to say. We highly recommend this tour.

Steve was an awesome, knowledgeable, and calm tour guide who really knew how to improvise when needed. Edrick was a great driver and chauffeur, keeping the ride comfortable and timely despite the street closures and the van cozy during frigid temperatures. The sites we visited were not only historically fascinating but truly moving. It was a great experience for my teen daughter and me—just enough to give us a taste of the area, with plenty of reasons to come back and explore more. Great company, great people! Highly recommend!
