Meet your artisan cheesemaker and sommelier in the center of Annecy. For two hours, enjoy a private tasting of five Savoy wines and five Savoy cheeses. You'll be able to talk to these two local gastronomy professionals about the specificities of the terroir, the aromas perceived, the pairings made and tasting techniques. Push open the doors to the workshop of a cheesemaker elected Meilleur Ouvrier de France and established in the heart of Annecy's old town. Accompanied by a professional sommelier, the two of them will take you on a two-hour journey through their respective worlds. Refine your knowledge of wine-tasting methods and immerse yourself in the history of the local terroir, with fascinating anecdotes about how the products are made, the Savoie grape varieties, and the landscapes that contribute to the aromas of the cheese and wine... Thanks to 5 subtle pairings created by our two experts, discover Chignin-Bergeron, Roussette or Jacquère, accompanied by Beaufort, Abondance or Tomme de Savoie!
