Pairing ideas with experience is always the best for me and smell and taste are such brilliant senses. The information about the region, its history and how that has affected the region’s wines and cheeses was so interesting. We tasted samples and were gently led with questions through how to taste thoughtfully. Our hosts were so warm and generous, I felt like I was in their kitchen sharing a friendly afternoon.
