Itinerary
Your designated Driver/Host will meet you inside Baggage Claim with a sign with the name on reservation.
We'll always do our best to meet you at your time arrival.
Since we do not have any control on flight arrivals (with delay or at earlier times), if this happens to your flight or the flight prior yours, you can expect a delay of no more than 30 minutes. The office will always be in contact with you to keep you updated on your driver's status. You will have your driver's name and phone 1-day prior reservation in case you need it.
This is a one-way service. For the round-trip please book same product twice and specify pick-up and drop-off location.
To be able to provide you the best service, please provide a valid phone number at your arrival so that we can send the pickup confirmation and the driver can contact you for your meet & greet on the day of your arrival.
For pick-ups at the SJU airport, the meetup location is at the Baggage claim area.
PICKUP and DROP-OFF Available at Airbnb, Hotels, Ports, Airports and any specified location in the selected municipality. Please make sure to specify your pick-up and drop-off locations during booking.

Very easy booking. Our driver was at the bag pickup point when we arrived. Our plane landed late, but he was very helpful and patient with us (even when our bags took forever to arrive). Loaded us up, gave us ice cold water, and unloaded us. Would definitely recommend and book again!
