We had a great time, but it wasn’t quite what we thought we’d booked. We were expecting a broader wine tasting with several different kinds, but we only tried one bottle. That said, we did learn a lot about Italian wine and what makes a good one, which was interesting. Most of the experience focused on the cheeses we tried, which were delicious and paired well with the wine.
Our host, Marta, was excellent—knowledgeable and very friendly—so we still had a fun time. Just keep in mind that this is more about cheese than wine if you’re considering booking!
