Overview

If visiting our shores for only one day you will want to have the opportunity to explore the city of Belfast and Beyond and visit as many points of interest as your time allows. The ideal way to visit the Giant's Causeway and North Antrim Coast is by Private Tour. This enables you to have direct input into the type of tour you prefer and how long you wish to spend at each stop. If there is something else that you require then let us know and we can organise it for you. We will meet and greet you at the ship and return you on time for your departure. There will be plenty of photo opportunities the whole day at each of the attractions. On the Tour, You control the pace of where you would like to stop just Simply tell the driver. On our tour, there will be plenty of opportunities to stop, exit the vehicle and take beautiful photos. Let us take you into this amazing world by visiting some of those key sites with your own personal driver and guide.

Itinerary

  • Antrim Coast Road

    Your Tour will begin from your pickup location, where you will meet your driver and guide for the day. There we will begin our journey to the north coast travelling through the rolling farmland of County Antrim.

  • Carrick A Rede Rope Bridge

    One of the most visited places in Northern Ireland amazing Carrick-a-Rede Rope bridge where you can cross a bridge that spans a chasm over 75ft in height. (Please note Crossing the Rope bridge will depend on the time you have on shore. The Carrick-A-Rede Rope bridge may sometimes be closed due to weather conditions or repairs. There will be a 1-mile walk from the car park to the Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge if you have mobility issues, have small children, or use a stroller that can't handle unpaved pathways. (If you wish to cross the bridge you will need to pre-book your ticket) Please let us know before purchasing your tickets and we will advise of an approx. time of arrival. if you do not wish to cross, we can stop at the viewing point for photos.

  • White Park Bay

    A Beautiful scenic beach at the very tip of Ireland and the closest country from here would be Iceland which is 800 miles away.

  • Giant's Causeway

    Commonly called ‘the 8th wonder of the world, is the only World Heritage site in Ireland. During our stop here you can spend time climbing over the ancient stones, snapping photos, and reflecting on the myths and legends of this unique area. You will only need to pre-book tickets if you wish to go through the visitor’s Centre, if not your guide will show you the free entrance.

    Old Bushmills Distillery: Bushmills Whiskey Distillery has been creating beautiful ‘water of life ‘since 1608 making this the oldest working distillery in Ireland. Visit the tasting room for sampling.

    We travel along the Causeway Coastal route between Ballycastle and Dunluce to experience one of the most dramatic drives in the world, now rated as one of the world’s top 5 great road journeys.

  • The Dark Hedges

    One of the most popular natural phenomena in Northern Ireland, the Dark Hedges were used as a set for the hit TV series Game of Thrones. It was the famous King’s Road in Season 2. The hedges were planted by the Stuart family in the eighteenth century. It was intended to impress visitors as they approached the entrance to their home, Gracehill House. Two centuries later, the trees remain a magnificent sight and have become known as the Dark Hedges.

John was a great guide. He gave us enough general information to be helpful and then responded to our questions in more depth. He customized the tour to our interests and the needs of my disabled husband. We especially enjoyed Giant's Causeway.

Awesome tour with a wonderful tour guide

Murat was our wonderful guide. He met us off our cruise ship and manged to cram a load in a small amount of time. First stop Dark hedges then the Bushmills distillery. From the distillery we went onto the Giant Causeway where Murat wheeled my husband to the shuttle bus made sure we were both on, when we arrived back up he appeared with an umbrella for my husband to hold as it was pouring, we then went and had a tea and coffee in the hotel. We had an awesome time at the giants Causeway, what an amazing place. From there we went to Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and to the Titanic museum. Every time we stopped Murat helped my husband out of the car and into his wheelchair. He even pushed him around for me. We had a fantastic afternoon. Thank you Murat for making us feel special and looking after us so well. You were very knowledgeable about the area.
