We used this car service for pick up from the airport, then return. Both times the drivers were on time and very kind. The cars were very clean and even though there is a lot of buses, taxis, and bike riders, the drivers drove very safely. I would highly recommend their service.

Wish we had remembered to ask the driver's name as he was very helpful loading luggage for the 5 of us, very pleasant, and gave us a safe drive to airport. This was our second experience with Black Car Services.

We were ready for pickup way earlier than originally scheduled. We called Viator and Bart was there in less than 10 minutes with a sign with our name on it. We enjoyed visiting with Bart on the way to the hotel.
