Overview

Head off from Demre and experience Kekova Island on a private boat trip. Explore Turkey’s Mediterranean coast on this day tour as you cruise to Kekova Island and visit the sunken city of Simena. Swim and snorkel in the clear blue water as you relax for a day at sea without the crowds.

Itinerary

  • Andriake Ancient City

    Andriake is the old name of Cayagzi Harbour in Demre. Our tours start and end in same spot in the Cayagzi River. It is a naturel harbour used in Roman Byzantium and Ottoman time as well.

  • Kekova (Pass By)

    Kekova is an island off the coast of Kaleköy and Üçağız, near the Demre district of Antalya province. Despite its large area, no one lives on this island. Boats can be reached across from Kaleköy. On the north side, shipwrecks from the ancient city of Dolkisthe, which was destroyed by earthquakes in the second century, are occasionally encountered. Kekova was re-established and developed during the Byzantine period, but its development could not continue due to Arab invasions. Since its protected land. Unfortunately we can not stop here. We only cruise trough.

  • Kekova Island (Pass By)

    Kekova Island is in Kekova region and its opposite of Simena Castle. As we mentioned unfortunately there is no swimming here. we only pass by. There will be swimming option in Tersane Bay in the Island or Aquarium Bay

  • Sunken City Ruins of Simena (Pass By)

    Sunken City is not only known for its gorgeous turquoise sea but also its ancient and mysterious sunken city. Every summer, visitors arrive on boat tours to look out over the water to see the remains of a once flourishing city now completely underwater with only a few remnants on land to speak of its existence.

  • Aquarium Bay

    Regarding your request, either swimming break in Aquarium Bay or Tersane Bay. In peak season, there will be a lot of boats doing exactly same tour so we will try our best to find best spot for our costumers

  • Castle of Simena

    While approaching Kaleköy by boat, you will see the walls of the castle above. A steep path from the beach leads to the castle. If you want to relax on the way, you can try the famous ice cream. As you climb the castle, you will come across the royal tombs. The area where the graves are most concentrated is the Necropolis area on the right. You can enter the castle with a museum card. We will stop here 1 hour

  • Tersane Koyu

    Regarding your request, either swimming break in Tersane Bay or Aquarium Bay. We will try to choose less crowded one for our guest.

  • Esmeralda Bay

    After visiting Sİmena Castle we can have a little break in Esmeralda Bay for a quick fresh up. Nice little bay for a swim

    Burc Bay is one of the clearest bay in Kekova region. The sea shells break down so fine, so it looks like white sands.

    Gokkaya is a natural bay where all the boats stop for a nice swimming break. After swimming break we will visit Pirates Cave

  • Karemlik Bay & Beach

    Karemlik is the bay right opposite of where we start our tour. Its famous with its Caretta Carettas. You have a chance to swim with them or feed them. Remaining time will be allotted to travel time.

A wonderful experience

I love the day on the boat with my family. The crew are friendly and were doing everything to make us have a great day. The scenery and the water are amazing. Highly recommended!

We did spend an amazing day. Captain Okan and Jade are lovely people. We had nice conversations, but they provided enough privacy as well. The area is just spectacular. We did a lot of swimming stops and the captain avoided the crowded ones. Food was great as well. No regrets on the private tour instead of the packed big boats.

Highlight of our Kas trip

Captain took us to all the beautiful swimming spots and we saw turtles right up close! We stopped at a small town and tried the homemade ice cream they recommended which was really yummy (specially lemon and mango flavours). Overall Great experience!

The crew was amazing! The captain cooked us a delicious lunch right on the boat. Everything looks better from a boat. I highly recommend this tour!
