  • Food and drinks at lunch stops like Pirates Bight or Soggy Dollar are the responsibility of the guest
  • BVI Customs Fees of $80 per person will be collected by the BVI government.

Setting sail from American Yacht Harbor in St. Thomas, we also offer guest pick-up at Cruz Bay, St. John, for our thrilling 8-hour boat tour. Please bring your valid passports for entry into the British Virgin Islands. Our itinerary, while meticulously planned, may vary with the weather, subject to the captain's discretion for your safety and best experience. Aboard Bonus Time, be captivated by the Caribbean's most enchanting locales. Explore the Baths on Virgin Gorda, surrounded by grand granite boulders and tranquil waters. Then, navigate to Norman Island, a haven for snorkeling enthusiasts, rich in marine life and steeped in pirate history. Conclude your journey at Jost Van Dyke, stopping at the iconic Soggy Dollar Bar and the picturesque Sandy Spit, before your return to the USVI.

    Bonus Time Charters depart from American Yacht Harbor on St. Thomas at 8:30 AM or will pick up guests staying on St. John in Cruz Bay at 8:30 AM.

    Guests will clear customs back into the United States in Cruz Bay on St. John. Guests staying on St. John will remain there and guests on St. Thomas will head back to the island.

Incredible family day to the BVI

This was an ideal family day on the water. Andrew was so thoughtful and had everything well planned before we arrived and the day was seamless. We don’t get that much family time all together because of the kids busy lives, so it was so amazing to have this incredible day together that was meticulously planned for us so we could just relax. Even with all of the planning Andrew was able to tailor the trip to exactly what would be the most fun for us as the day unfolded. We would 100% book this exact charter again.

Day in paradise!

One of the top travel experiences with my family. This is a must when visiting the USVI. Andrew is a great captain— very knowledgeable and able to create a perfect day for each group. We traveled with our 20 month old and 7 year old— no problem. We never felt rushed and saw so much— went through the Baths, lunch, snorkeling and plenty of beach time with great drinks! After you book your airfare and accommodation, book this trip! Also Andrew is a fellow MSU grad, go green, go white!

Amazing private dive charter!

We did a private dive charter in the BVI. Andrew showed up promptly and gave us a great rundown on how the day would go. We dove the Wreck of the Rhone which was outstanding. We then dove the original Willy T which was an amazing dive. We then went to Pirates Bight for lunch, I had the most amazing smoked Wahoo sandwich. We ended the day snorkeling and floating in the beautiful water at the caves of Norman Island. It was a wonderful trip and I strongly recommend using Bonus Time Charters. I know we will definitely be using them again!

Captain Matt was excellent. Knew when to hit Customs and which parts of the Islands to see to have a great overall experience. We could not have asked for a better day at BVI.
