Upon arrival at JFK International Airport (JFK), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) or LaGuardia Airport (LGA), simply call the number listed on your voucher and your driver will arrive promptly. Choose from either a sedan, for up to three passengers, or a minivan, for up to five passengers. Once you’re settled comfortably in your spacious private vehicle, you’ll be driven straight to your Brooklyn hotel or residence. When making a booking for this private arrival transfer from the New York City airport to your Brooklyn accommodation, you will need to advise your flight details and your Brooklyn hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy! Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan or SUV.

  • International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

First time Carmel Car customers - will be a repeat

I booked two rides with Carmel in NYC on November 21, 2024, including one from JFK. The communication from both the dispatch center and driver, to ensure we were meeting at the same point in JFK, was excellent. The drivers were both punctual, amiable, and drove immaculate, well-maintained vehicles. I had a very positive experience using Carmel, and would absolutely recommend booking NYC transportation through them. The cost is comparable to an Uber, but the cars and customer support are a notch above.

Private airport transfer from Newark to downtown with carmel

Had booked Carmel for morning private airport transfer from Newark international to downtown, was a bit apprehensive with the mixed reviews but was pleasantly surprised with the promptness of the dispatcher and the driver arrived in 5-8 mins , had prepaid the fare in site and everything went very smooth and the driver was very helpful with the luggage too , the fare charged was and inclusive of gratuity which is fair given the service quality.. will definitely rebook..

Awesome Service/ Reasonable Price

Great service, booked last minute and had no issues. Early morning flight pick up was 2am. Called a few hours before pick up and changed the pickup time to a half hour earlier and had no problem. Great vehicle, driver was early to the pick up and provided a safe ride to the airport. Awesome service at a reasonable price.
