Murals, Art, and Amazing Facts - Take the 2 Street Tour with Dick!!

I took two tours with WeVenture and would recommend them highly for any tour. The Public Art tour with Dick was amazing! He is an exceptional guide who lives in the area and brings South Philly to life with his stories about the people, art, and culture. The art itself is wonderful and varied but when you go deeper as to the who and why it is much richer and you see so much more both with your eyes and your heart. Dick pointed out things I would have missed and could answer any questions I had! Don’t leave Philadelphia without getting to know the area around 2 street (south Philly) and don’t visit without Dick as your guide. When you are done have a cheesesteak at Angelo’s and have a perfect day in Philadelphia!

Carla was amazing! Knowledgeable and kind. We weathered freezing temperatures and it was well worth it!! Definitely a must see and do for any Philly visitor. We highly recommend this tour!

Wow, this tour is amazing. We did the private tour with Dick, but I bet the other one is great too. The tour is varied and mesmerizing, with equal parts art and the history and politics of art.

Carla was a fabulous tour guide! The tour was similar to a casual walk through the neighborhood with a friend! While seeing many works of street art learn about the history of the area. The murals and mosaics illustrated how art can create a common ground between all the diversity within an area. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!
