Throughout the booking process, KulTour was very responsive and informative. I knew based on our WhatsApp conversations, that the tour was going to be very well put together. Jordan did not disappoint and even exceeded our expectations. We had a great time seeing the Ballestas Island and all of the animals. The lunch at the Pisco distillery was quite good and we had a lot of fun playing drinking games and tasting the various piscos. Lastly, Jordan and the driver (José) stayed with us until sunrise at Huacachina. I know it was a long day for them, but they made sure we had a great experience.
In fact, I had such a good experience that I ended up booking another tour with KulTour. They were very accommodating, making sure we were happy and understood the plans. They were also flexible and willing to work with our schedule and interests!
Jordan is a great guide and genuinely cared that we had a good experience. Even after moving on from Lima, he kept in contact with us and made sure we were informed about potential protests or road blocks for our next destinations. It was reassuring to have this information and was comforting to know that Jordan was always willing to help!
